The section of bin wall and bin floor that will be coated is first cleaned with high pressure water. This ensures that the coating will have good adhesion to the bin and concrete.

The coating encapsulates a fiber cloth material to provide extra strength to the seal. Multiple applications of the coating are applied to ensure the cloth is completly covered.

All junctions that could allow for water to enter the bin are sealed, including the fan ducts.
